Akshay earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Penn State University, graduating with honors in 2015. Committed to lifelong learning, he later completed his MBA at Rice University in 2024, also graduating with honors. His education strengthened his expertise in leadership, finance, business strategy, and organizational management while reinforcing his belief that continuous learning is essential to personal and professional growth.

He began his career working within his family’s business, where he gained experience across business development, marketing, portfolio management, and operations. As his responsibilities expanded, he worked with organizations in both the United States and India, broadening his perspective on entrepreneurship, international business, and strategic growth. These experiences helped shape his leadership philosophy of building organizations that prioritize sustainable success, strong relationships, and lasting impact.

Volunteer service remains one of the most meaningful aspects of Akshay’s life. Much of his philanthropic work has focused on supporting organizations in India that provide food, clothing, educational resources, disability services, and opportunities for women.
